Lindsey Frances


Hi, I’m Lindsey, a French registered sophrologist and UK psychologist, with over 20 years experience in leadership, management consultancy and entrepreneur coaching.


I also hold a PgD in psychology and a BSc Hons in business science, majoring in organisational change.

My mission is to help individuals and organizations unlock their potential for physical, mental and emotional growth. With my signature approach, The Conscious Change Method™, I help people reach their fullest potential to lead themselves and others.


I'm dedicated to helping people improve their lives through sophrology (an evidence based relaxation and mind body method) and tapping into the power of changing their consciousness to achieve real transformation. 


How we view the world impacts how we relate to it at every level. If there’s something wrong with how our body relates to our external existence, then changing it from within can also improve our mindset. One simplest and most effective ways to achieve this transformation is by conscious awareness of our breaths and the mind body connection. 

As an endurance athlete, I’ve experienced the power of consciousness, breathwork and sophrology to dig deeper than I ever thought possible. I believe that if others can harness this power in everyday settings, they can achieve happier, healthier lives where they can reach their full potential.

My work draws inspiration and insights from various sources and experts who have studied how mind-body interactions can improve our psychological state. Through the Conscious Change Method™ as a framework for accountability, I can maximise progress, transformation, and results.


My approach provides valuable perspectives on how our consciousness evolves, adapts, and influences our thoughts, behaviour, well-being and performance. Importantly, it also does so within a proven approach of sophrology, providing a scientifically proven way for clients to harness their true inner power.

What is the Conscious Change Method™?

Through years of client facing experience and research, I’ve developed a signature approach to give leaders, business, organizations, and individuals the tools to lead at their full potential.
